In chapter 17, there's a part of the chapter where it's suddeny blank halfway an image and when it resumes it is suggested that Kim Bab said something so is part of it missing?

In chapter 18, there are parts of chapter 17 which are repeated and mixed in with the dream part... It's a bit weird.

Isn't there a mistake or is that how it's supposed to be?
