Someone over at the Batoto forums actually posted instructions (in the latest chapter discussion thread) on how to sign up to the Kubera webcafe. x) It's still rather complicated though, and so far I'm the only one who has signed up.

Because you have to make an introduction post as part of the sign up, I tried starting in bad Korean (courtesy of Google Translate) at first, then gave up and just continued on in English. It turns out that a lot of people there speak English, and they are all quite friendly. And it also turns out that I seem to be the first foreigner and non-Korean speaker to sign up. So now I'm apparently known as "Oh! You're that foreigner who signed up! "
