On the last page of Serendipity 19, it should be the Brown's Inn or Hostel not Motel. Motel stands for Motorized Hotel. They didn't come into existence until after the flourish of motorized vehicles. Since this is a period piece, placed in the horse and buggy time period before the wide spread use of motorized vehicles it couldn't be a Motel.
