Hm.... maybe the Point is that Sul is an easy target because she's inattentive to her image, is non-confrontational so won't actively counter the rumors, and generally doesn't communicate enough with her peers?

Sul does seem to have communication issues though. And as sad as it all is that she's being unfairly misunderstood, she pretty much did the same thing with Jung. She assumed that he was some elitist jerk from a few indirect clues she pieced together. We now know that Jung isn't as "jerk"-like than she initially assumed (even though his thought process and intentions are still a bit... dubious), but nevertheless, she realizes that she has done the same thing before.

And with the communications issue, yeah... She does seem to keep quiet on some important matters. We saw a long time ago that she didn't talk to Bo Ra and Eun Taek about her family issues because she never wanted to burden them. She never talked to Sung Eun directly about her issues either, possibly because she wanted to be polite. But still, the lack of communication between Sul and her friends led to rifts between them. Sung Eun especially, because Sul never seemed to talk about her relations, so Sung Eun possibly assumed that Sul was uncomfortable talking about the topic, hence the misunderstanding that Sul doesn't like her going out with older men either.

I really don't feel like Sung Eun is a bad person - we haven't seen her talk behind Sul's back or whatnot. I just think she's really frustrated by all the rumors surrounding her, and the fact that those rumors are being increased because of Sul is really hurting her, and knowing that Sul - the only female friend she had in the place - herself sometimes judges Sung Eun.

I don't know, I'm kind of with everyone saying why people are spreading rumors about Sul. I mean, she's just being herself. The reason I like Sul is because she doesn't react to everything around her. She's actually gotten a lot better with her communication issues and has learned to speak up. Besides, her classmates could just ask her if the rumors are true.

^ It Is a bit weird... I mean, even though she has communication issues, Sul communicates like 10 times more than your average shoujo heroine that never says anything "just because" (okay, often because of some misplaced pride or sensitivity issue). D: In fact, Sul's lack of communication doesn't seem unusual if you look at it from a potential cultural point of view. I'm not familiar with Korean culture, but I imagine that like in many Asian countries, women aren't supposed to speak up too much, for the sake of politeness (as opposed to the U.S. where everybody is supposed to tell you everything in your face).

In fact Sul pretty much did confront Ms. Bitchy head on, for example, and did tell Jung about what Ms. Bitchy said about the old lady. Jung himself doesn't seem to communicate that much, if you take into account his attitude of "let's just forget what happened last year and pretend nothing happened, shall we?"

You know, even though this can be seen as an issue of karma, Sul's case and Jung's case are still pretty different. What happened to Sul directly affected her. Even though she blamed the wrong person, she had reasons to believe she was personally targeted. Okay, she also prematurely judged Jung's character on other aspects (but quite honestly, she was kind of correct on those >.>;; ), but she didn't really gossip about him either.

However, at the English center, Sul is the victim of gossip. She never did anything to harm anyone else, the others are not being threatened by her presence. They're just spreading bad rumors about her for one reason or another.

It's interesting how almost no one paid attention to Jung wanting to stay over xD I mean, I know nothing will happen, but Sul's face was priceless lol

haha yeah.. that was the only thing that I understand before the summary.. I was like OMG. He said it at last! I know nothing will happen.. (mm maybe kiss?) But he was concerned about her, the pervert guy and the misunderstanding in the tuition center..he didnt want her to be alone I guess. Because he is really understanding about "skinship issue".

So the question is> Will Sul accept his request or not?
If she accept what will happen, if she doesn't what Jung will do?
